Neuro_CT_Head: 56 F, word finding difficulties and seizure, new left parietal mass.

CLINICAL HISTORY: 54-year-old woman with word finding difficulties, seizure.
 
FINDINGS:
 
Parenchyma: There is a slightly hyperattenuating mass involving the left parietal lobe with minimal effacement of surrounding sulci. No significant 
surrounding edema or midline shift. Mass measures 3.1 x 1.7 x 2.1 cm (AP by ML by CC).

Ventricles and extra-axial spaces: Ventricles are normal in size.

Orbits: Normal.

Visualized paranasal sinuses: Mild mucosal thickening in the ethmoid air cells.

Mastoid air cells: Clear.
 
Bones: Normal.
 
Additional comment: None.
  
IMPRESSION:
 
1.  3.1 x 1.7 x 2.1 cm left parietal mass. 
Features are most suspicious for high-grade neoplasm such as GBM in spite of lack of surrounding edema.
