CLINICAL HISTORY: 44-year-old female with cervical myelopathy.
FINDINGS:
Bone marrow: Normal for age.
Vertebrae: No significant degenerative change.
Visualized brain: Normal.
Additional comment: None.
IMPRESSION:
1. Intramedullary heterogeneous cystic and solid lesion spanning C2-C6 widening the cervical spinal cord. Findings most compatible with a spinal cord ependymoma.
