Neuro_MR_Brain: 6 F, AMS.

MRI BRAIN WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST:
 
CLINICAL HISTORY: 6 years of age, Female, AMS.
 
FINDINGS: 
 
There is a DWI hyperintense lesion at the left aspect of the splenium of the corpus callosum measuring approximately 1 cm. Additional smaller similar lesions also seen supratentorially. There is also sulcal FLAIR hyperintensity.   
 
Diffuse mild restricted diffusion and enhancement is seen bilaterally in the cerebellum, which may be leptomeningeal or subpial.  There is also T2 hyperintensity seen involving the cerebellum.  
 
The ventricles are mildly dilated. 
 
IMPRESSION: 
 
1.  Diffuse leptomeningeal/subpial restricted diffusion in the bilateral cerebellum concerning for leptomeningeal disease. Additional foci seen supratentorially.
