CT HEAD WITHOUT CONTRAST:
 
CLINICAL HISTORY: 51-year-old female with diplopia.
 
FINDINGS:
 
Parenchyma: Again seen is a heterogeneous mass centered at the right petroclival fissure and involving the right cavernous sinus, Meckel's cave, portions of the sphenoid body, clivus, and occipital bone. The mass extends into the right cerebellopontine angle and abuts the inferior pons.
 
Ventricles and extra-axial spaces: Appropriate for age.
 
Additional comment: None.
  
IMPRESSION:
 
1. Heterogeneous mass centered at the right petroclival fissure with involvement of the right cavernous sinus, Meckel's cave, 
sphenoid, clivus, and occipital bone.
