Neuro_MR_IAC: 27M, L hearing loss, HA, memory loss

History

27 yo M presenting with L-sided hearing loss, HA worse with movement, and memory loss.

Findings / Diagnosis

1. Cerebellopontine angle epidermoid tumor with supratentorial extension: T1/T2 isointense to CSF mass restricts diffusion without significant enhancement centered in L CPA angle cistern. The mass extends supratentorially and exerts significant mass effect on the entire brainstem, L temporal lobe/temporal horn.
