73 yo M with PMH significant for GBM s/p resection of tumor in the right temporal lobe.

Findings / Diagnosis

1. Dural GBM metastases: innumerable extra-axial and intraventricular nodules and masses. Additional scattered areas of leptomeningeal enhancement and sulcal FLAIR signal related to CSF dissemination of disease.
