2 yo M presenting with R orbital swelling
1. Osseous metastatic neuroblastoma: bilateral orbital osteolytic lesions with extra osseous extension, with larger lesion centered on the right lateral orbital wall with extraconal intraorbital extension. The latter results in mass effect with proptosis and deformity of the right globe. Left sided extraosseous lesion centered in orbital roof with intraosseous extension and mild mass effect on left globe.
