Neuro_CTA_Head: 37 M, history of left facial gunshot wound.

1. Interval enlargement and irregularity of left proximal cavernous internal carotid artery aneurysm, with enlargement of the left cavernous sinus and left superior ophthalmic vein. These findings are most consistent with a direct carotid artery to cavernous sinus fistula secondary to cavernous segment aneurysm rupture.
