Neuro_CT_Head/Face/CS: 86 F, trauma.

1. Traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage, left greater than right. Subdural hematoma along the anterior falx bilaterally and right frontal lobe. Possible small contusion in the left frontal lobe. No midline shift or herniation.

2. Comminuted fracture of the left lateral orbital wall with soft tissue swelling in the lateral extraconal space and mild displacement of the left lateral rectus muscle. Correlate clinically for evidence of entrapment. Soft tissue swelling and laceration of the left lateral periorbital soft tissues.

3. Fluid and frothy material layering in the sphenoid sinuses, some of which is high density. No definite fracture of the paranasal sinuses identified.

4. No fracture of the cervical spine. Severe multilevel degenerative changes.
