Visualized paranasal sinuses: Fluid in the bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinuses.
Mastoid air cells: Bilateral mastoid effusions.
Bones: Normal.

INTRACRANIAL ANGIOGRAM:
Anterior circulation: No flow-limiting stenosis or aneurysm.
Posterior circulation: No flow-limiting stenosis or aneurysm.
Additional comment: None.
EXTRACRANIAL ANGIOGRAM:
Motion limited.
Proximal great vessels: No flow-limiting stenosis or dissection.
Cervical vessels: No flow-limiting stenosis or dissection.
Additional comment: None.
PERFUSION: Normal.
IMPRESSION:
1. Evolving findings compatible with hemorrhagic leukoencephalitis, not significantly changed in extent.
2. No flow-limiting stenosis, occlusion, or aneurysm in the intracranial and extracranial circulations.
