Neuro_CT_Head: 60 M, headache after thoracic arachnoid cyst resection.

1. Intraparenchymal hemorrhage within the right greater than left cerebellar hemispheres and vermis, likely representing remote cerebellar hemorrhage as a complication of spinal surgery.

2. Mass effect within the posterior fossa results in effacement of the fourth ventricle, basal cisterns, and mild hydrocephalus.

3. Brainstem is also mildly displaced anteriorly and there is mild inferior displacement of the cerebellar tonsils, located approximately 5 mm below the level of the foramen magnum.
