3.7 cm x 4.5 cm T2 hypointense lesion along the right uterine body.
Few T2 hyperintense foci are seen within the lesion.
Postcontrast imaging demonstrates mild hypoenhancement to the myometrium.
Additionally, there is an
intrinsically T1 hyperintense lesion
in the left ovary.
