Mediastinum 06b - Weakness, anemia - MLTF

Diffuse patchy sclerosis; note medullary location and lack of geographic margins, preservation of cortex and periosteum. Findings represent myelofibrosis leading to extramedullary hematopoiesis. 

Thickened bilateral paravertebral stripes.
