Neuro_MR_Brain: 66 M, nausea and vomiting, vascular posterior fossa mass.

Hypervascular (increased perfusion on ASL, numerous flow voids), heterogeneously enhancing T2 hyperintense anterior left cerebellar mass with areas of intrinsic T1 hyperintensity and GRE hypointensity, likely representing hemorrhage. Minimal associated vasogenic edema. Mass effect on the brainstem with slight rightward shift of the medulla and pons, as well as effacement of the fourth ventricle and extension into the left cerebellomedullary angle. No herniation.
