Neuro_MR_Brain: 6 F, AMS.
MRI BRAIN WITH AND WITHOUT CONTRAST:
CLINICAL HISTORY: 6 years of age, Female, AMS.
There is a DWI hyperintense lesion at the left aspect of the splenium of the corpus callosum
measuring approximately 1 cm. Additional smaller similar lesions also seen supratentorially.
There is also sulcal FLAIR hyperintensity
Diffuse mild restricted diffusion and enhancement is seen bilaterally in the cerebellum
, which may be leptomeningeal or subpial. There is also T2 hyperintensity seen involving the cerebellum.
The ventricles are mildly dilated.
1. Diffuse leptomeningeal/subpial restricted diffusion in the bilateral cerebellum concerning for leptomeningeal disease. Additional foci seen supratentorially.
