57 yo M with PMH significant for GBM with primitive neuroectodermal tumor-like (PNET) components
1. Extraneural GBM metastases to bony spine: diffuse heterogeneity of vertebral bone marrow and cellular replacement (T1 dark) with associated enhancement and restricted diffusion of C5, T1, T2, T5, T8, T11 and T12. Many other smaller similar appearing lesions throughout the spine.
2. Epidural extension of osseous metastatic disease is noted at the level of T1-T2 without evidence of cord compression.
