61 yo M with PMH significant for DM2 presenting with vision changes

Findings / Diagnosis

1. Skull base lymphoma: complete opacification of the bilateral sphenoid sinuses, posterior ethmoid air cells; erosive changes of the walls of the sphenoid sinuses with multiple dehiscences; abnormal enhancing soft tissue along the planum sphenoidale and in the right inferior orbital fissure/orbital apex.
