23 yo M with extensive facial fractures s/p ORIF, now presenting with pain and fever

Findings / Diagnosis

1. Multi-focal post-operative abscesses. Likely developing abscess in the right periorbital region with associated soft tissue swelling. Additional air and fluid collections with rim enhancement in the maxillary alveolus and mandibular symphysis.
