Neuro_MR_Orbits&Brain: 87 M, L vision loss, & eye pain
History
87 yo male with loss of vision in the left eye and associated pain.
Findings / Diagnosis
1. Restricted diffusion, abnormal T2 signal, enlargement, and enhancement of the left optic nerve sheath. Associated L orbital fat infiltration. Findings compatible with inflammatory orbital disorder including vasculitis or granulomatous disease.
2. Chronic appearing right temporal occipital encephalomalcia.
