Neuro_CT_Head&CSpine: 74 F, hx multiple myeloma, fall
History
74 yo F with PMH significant for multiple myeloma presenting after fall.
Findings / Diagnosis
1. Small acute subdural hematoma over the right parietal convexity without associated mass effect.
2. Two rounded dural based masses, larger over the left frontal convexity, smaller in the posterior fossa over the right lateral cerebellar convexity. Favored to be related to patient's multiple myeloma.
3. Large soft tissue mass in the right neck likely representing extraosseous myeloma.
