62 yo F follow-up imaging in already known aneurysmal SAH

Findings / Diagnosis

1. Evolving anterior interhemispheric subarachnoid hemorrhage and associated intraparenchymal hematomas. Evolving subarachnoid hemorrhage within the bilateral cerebral sulci and sylvian fissures.

2. Findings consistent with vasospasm of the bilateral posterior cerebral arteries with multifocal stenosis involving the P1 and P2 segments.

3. Mild posterior border zone Tmax delay.

4. Subdural hematoma overlying the right frontal convexity.
