History
87 yo M presenting with OSH report of intracranial mass on imaging.
Findings / Diagnosis
1. Irregular hypodense region in right parietal lobe with possible blood products. Findings subsequently demonstrated to represent subacute intraparenchymal hematoma. Subarachnoid hemorrhage over the left posterior parietal lobe. Constellation of findings is consistent with amyloid angiopathy associated lobar intraparencymal hemorrhage.
