MR dated 2/17/2017Follow up MRI demonstrates a 4cm heterogenously solid, cystic lesion along the posterior aspect of the uterus. A larger adjacent cystic component is present measuring 8 cm.
T2 shading is present in components of this complex lesion which are demonstrated to represent blood products on precontrast T1 images.
